In-depth Instructions for Using the Reservation Portal
The reservation portal (hsrc.fi/train) is a tool for players for reserving their spot in the training sessions, purchasing single-entry tickets and purchasing season passes. The portal requires personal user credentials and below we have gathered instructions about operating the portal.
The Front Page (Reservation Page)
- The different pages (front page, season passes, signup, login) can be found from the header.
- Upcoming training sessions are displayed below the banner in a weekly view. It is possible to scroll to different weeks using the arrows.
Signing Up to the Portal
- For reserving a spot in the training sessions, you need to be logged in with your user.
- If the user does not exist yet, a new user needs to be created first.
- It is possible to either create a new account with a email + password combination (Option A), or sign up using Facebook (Option B).
Option A (Email + password combination):
- Provide your preferred credentials to set up your account
Option B (Facebook user):
- Navigate to the login page, and click on ”Käytä Facebookia”.
Purchasing Season Passes
- There are various season passes available in the portal. The passes can be found from ”Prepaid-kortit” page.

- You can view your current season passes in the same view after you have purchased a season pass:
Payment
- Upon selecting a season pass or a single ticket on the reservation page, you will be redirected to a web payment portal.
Reserving Your Spot for a Session
- Reserving your spot in a session is done on the front page by selecting a session from the calendar
- Next, you are given one or two different options for confirming your reservation. If you have bought a season pass that matches the session type (e.g., adult season pass for adult sessions), you are presented with an option to use your season pass. The other option is to reserve your spot using a single ticket.
Nimenhuuto
- After reserving your spot in the training session, do not forget to check yourself in Nimenhuuto as well.
